MIKE EDWARDS
NON-EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN
Mr Edwards is a Geologist and Economist with over 25 years’ experience in senior management roles within both the public and private sectors. Mr Edwards worked for Barclays Australia in their Commercial and Corporate Finance department before returning to university to complete a Bachelor of Science Geology. Mr Edwards then spent eight years as an Exploration and Mine Geologist, principally working in Australia with a focus on Archaean gold and base metals. Over the past 10 years, Mr Edwards has held numerous Executive and Non-Executive Director roles, predominantly with ASX-listed companies and most recently was Non-Executive Chairman of Firefly Resources Limited (ASX:FFR) which successfully merged with Gascoyne Resources Limited (ASX:GCY).
Mike has been involved in numerous ASX listings and is currently Non-Executive Chairman of Future Battery Minerals (ASX:FBM), Non-Executive Chairman of Greenstone Resources Ltd (ASX:GSR) and Non-Executive Director of De.Mem Pty Ltd (ASX:DEM).
Mr Edwards holds a Bachelor of Business (Economics & Finance) from Curtin University of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science (Geology) from the University of Western Australia.
Will Belbin (B.Sc, M.Sc)
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Will has over 20 years’ experience working in gold and base metals exploration, with extensive experience in project generation and evaluation. Will was an integral part of the Fisher East nickel sulphide discoveries as Exploration Manager for Rox Resources Limited. Previously Will worked with Newexco as a Senior Geologist at Western Area's Forrestania Nickel Project. Will holds a geology degree from the University of Western Australia and a Masters of Mineral Economics from the Curtin University's Graduate School of Business.
David Pennock
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
David is a Corporate Geologist from the WA School of Mines, has over 15 years experience in the resources sector and has strong business development skills.

Adrian Black and Bill Amann founded Newexco in 1999 to provide geological and geophysical expert advice to exploration companies in Australia. Newexco have received a number of awards and have been involved with a number of significant discoveries over the last 20 years including; Flying Fox and Spotted Quoll at Forrestania with Western Areas NL, Nova with Sirius Resources in the Fraser Range, and Silver Swan Deeps near Kalgoorlie.

Scott is an experienced CFO and qualified Chartered Accountant with strong knowledge of financial markets, corporate governance and accounting practices.
Chris Marshall (LLB FGIA FCIS)

Chris is an experienced corporate, mining and resources lawyer with over 15 years experience. Chris spent 5 years working for Corrs Chambers Westgarth in the corporate advisory team specialising in energy and resources. Chris then spent 7 years with Perilya Mining as Company Lawyer and Co Sec. Chris is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.
