MIKE EDWARDS
NON-EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN
Mr Edwards is a Geologist and Economist with over 25 years’ experience in senior management roles within both the public and private sectors. Mr Edwards worked for Barclays Australia in their Commercial and Corporate Finance department before returning to university to complete a Bachelor of Science Geology. Mr Edwards then spent eight years as an Exploration and Mine Geologist, principally working in Australia with a focus on Archaean gold and base metals. Over the past 10 years, Mr Edwards has held numerous Executive and Non-Executive Director roles, predominantly with ASX-listed companies and most recently was Non-Executive Chairman of Greenstone Resources Ltd (ASX:GSR) which merged with Horizon Minerals Limited (ASX: HRZ). Mike has also recently held positions as Non-Executive Chairman of Future Battery Minerals (ASX:FBM) and Non-Executive Chairman Firefly Resources Limited (ASX:FFR) which successfully merged with Gascoyne Resources Limited (ASX:GCY).
Mike has been involved in numerous ASX listings and is currently Non-Executive Director of De.Mem Ltd (ASX:DEM) and Executive Chairman of Daly Resources Limited (ASX: DLY).
Mr Edwards holds a Bachelor of Business (Economics & Finance) from Curtin University of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science (Geology) from the University of Western Australia.
Will Belbin (B.Sc, M.Sc)
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Mr Belbin has over 20 years’ experience working in gold and base metals exploration, with extensive experience in project generation and evaluation. Mr Belbin was an integral part of the Fisher East nickel sulphide discoveries as Exploration Manager for Rox Resources Limited, and previously worked with Newexco as a Senior Geologist at Western Area's Forrestania Nickel Project. Mr Belbin holds a geology degree from the University of Western Australia and a Masters of Mineral and Energy Economics from Curtin University's Graduate School of Business. Mr Belbin is a founding Director of Metal Hawk, and also a Non-Executive Director of Talonx Resources Limited (ASX: TXR).
David Pennock

David is a Corporate Geologist from the WA School of Mines, has over 15 years experience in the resources sector and has strong business development skills. David is a founding Director of Metal Hawk and also a founder and Non-Executive Director of Daly Resources Limited (ASX: DLY).

Scott is an experienced CFO and qualified Chartered Accountant with strong knowledge of financial markets, corporate governance and accounting practices. Mr Glasson is a Non-Executive Director of Talonx Resources Limited (ASX: TXR).
Chris Marshall (LLB FGIA FCIS)
COMPANY SECRETARY
Chris is an experienced corporate, mining and resources lawyer with over 15 years experience. Chris spent 5 years working for Corrs Chambers Westgarth in the corporate advisory team specialising in energy and resources. Chris then spent 7 years with Perilya Mining as Company Lawyer and Co Sec. Chris is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.
